The purpose of the virtual game is to make a real profit by renting, buying and selling the NFTs, digital properties (vCards) that are in CHO's Marketpalce or can be created by users.

Over time, the player creates a wealth made up of vCards owned which have a value based on the level of completion (8 CLASSES) and their value varies over time as in the real estate market.
Every Monday the CHO.earth system recalculates the value of the Digital Properties by evaluating factors related to the visibility of the cards, the activities carried out and the number of vCards created per province. A real stock exchange on the CHO market with fluctuating trends and offering a capitalization over time.
Access to CHO.earth is free and there are no fees or charges to start playing.

The gamer user can interact in CHO.earth at multiple levels, without time limits and without spending obligations. The (Professional) growth of the User's profile is linked to the total CHO Credits obtained through the reward given in default by the CHO system based on the activities carried out in it and counted in the Contactor of the “Treasure Chest” Profile. To start playing, the user can enter the CHO Marketplace and immediately participate in an Auction to raise up to win the NFT Non Fungible Token, the Digital Property of a vCard, this gives him the opportunity to become a CITIZEN too. by CHO.earth.

The player in CHO.earth can also create a vCard and then can decide to sell it at the public auction (See here how auctions work >) or can also buy the Digital Property of the vCard by paying the Base Value ($ VB) calculated in default from the system.
By paying the indicated price ($ VB) and entering the REFERRAL CODE of a friend or an acquaintance, you will also have a 5% discount (the owner of the REFERRAL CODE will also receive a cashback of 5% of the purchase made in his wallet) .

This opportunity that is found in CHO.earth is important for Users who become Creators because they can also make this game a profession and thus be able to earn an INCOME, that is an Economic Income obtained in a certain period of time. This tool, used by the Users, creates a Gain, which means that a person who works as a Creator in CHO.earth spends his time and his energy, but in return he has a cash gain.

Who owns a property enjoys the RENDER, which is constituted by the rent that any other player, as in MONOPOLY that stops on the property sheet, here in CHO.earth can connect on the Digital Property of a third player's vCard, its own events, products and advertising, recognizing in the sale of Tickets for Events and Products sold a Royalty that varies according to the Class of the vCard (See here how vCards work >).

These royalties are calculated automatically by the CHO system and the user will find the transaction report in the management system of their vCard and the amount credited in the Wallet.

The INCOME is important in CHO.earth because it is the income deriving from the ownership of an asset (in this case the NFT Non Fungible Token that is the Digital Property of a place): so as in reality in CHO you can live on income, thanks to possess goods, without having to work.
That is, having when the capital invested by the User in vCard becomes such an asset that it yields an important economic income and therefore the user is no longer forced to exchange the time of his life in exchange for money. To reach this status, the User must invest his time and money in CHO.earth by acquiring the most profitable vCards or creating new ones and then making them very popular, sharing them on social networks, promoting them with the creation of events and keeping them always updated.
